Given the kind of devices that are available in the sub-Rs 5,000 price segment, we can find plenty of handsets with 4G LTE on board, so ASUS might have to reconsider its pricing in order to have any impact on the market with the ZenFone Go 4.5.
The handset is an exclusive via Flipkart for now and users can get up to Rs 2,000 off with the exchange of an older device. The exchange amount depends on the kind of device you have, so it will not be the same for every device.
The ZenFone Go 4.5 is meant for the budget conscious public who don’t want to shell out a lot up front. However, as we’ve mentioned before the lack of 4G LTE might prove to be a deal breaker for the customers. But if that’s not a priority, the ZenFone Go 4.5 is a solid device with the hardware to take on any budget device in the segment.
